License Experience: Minimum 2 years old

Medical: Candidate must be medically fit

Basic Salary AED 300

Total Fixed Salary AED 800

Renewable as per company policy

Visa: Provided by Aman Taxi

Total deduction: Up to AED 6,500

First 2 months: AED 300 Basic + AED 500 HRA while obtaining UAE driving license for food and accommodation.
Minimum 8 working hours per day.
Higher performance = Higher commission + Higher incentive.
Poor performance may affect HRA and commission eligibility.
Need to complete minimum 15 rides as per HR policy.
